I'm unable to initialize C2POLICE due to the following conditions:

C2P0154I Previous execution detected                          

C2P0188I Improper shutdown detected, attempting cleanup       

C2P0572E Cannot allocate buffer; MEMLIMIT exceeded            

C2P0123E Error return code from C2PINIT 0004                  

C2P0901W zSecure Alert was inactive since 2025-06-11 12:34:06 

C2P0204E Error return from IEANTDL, RC=00000004               

C2P0131I Waiting for subtasks to terminate                    

C2P0100A zSecure Alert not active                             

IEF404I C2POLICE - ENDED - TIME=12.45.08                      

$HASP395 C2POLICE ENDED - RC=0004                    

I can find no solution to starting up zSecure Alert in the messages or documentation.  Is there a trick to this?

C2P0572E Cannot allocate buffer; MEMLIMIT exceeded

That message has this explanation

The MEMLIMIT for the started task is insufficient for the specified size and number of in-storage buffers. The example MEMLIMIT specified in the started task procedures is 8G. Specifying 32 buffers of 256M matches a MEMLIMIT of 8G, but does not leave any space for other programs, like CKRCARLA, that also require storage that is counted towards MEMLIMIT.
