The recent Maintenance Notification for PAoC has quite a few inconsistencies:

Where is the most recent documentation listed for features for PAW 2.1.16 (as it's now being referenced in PAoC)?

I noticed same thing and currently for the 2.1 documentation there is no "Whats New in 2.1.16" document.

Looks like some of the information is out there.

There is this link for PA SaaS  2.1.16. I think they meant PAW 2.1.16 since  PA SaaS is version  3.1.x now but PAW 3.1.3 is basically the same as 2.1.16..
