 BigFix Initiate Software Scan fixlet never completes

Hi All,

Thank you all for you time and consideration with this issue.

I recently upgraded the ILMT server and disconnected scanners to version 9.2.39.0.  Everything was successful as far as I could tell.  I used the BigFix fixlet to upgrade the ILMT server and I used the Management: Scanner Tools page in the License Metric Tool dashboard to download the disconnected scanner for the two clients.

After upgrade I see 2 items in the to do list asking me to initiate the started scans with the previous version using BigFix fixlets for the new version of ILMT.

The 2 fixlet's are Initiate Software Scan and Upload Software Scan Results.  

I have tried starting each, waiting one day in between, the fixlets succeed for the ILMT server but the 2 monitored hosts never report completion and the to do list never changes. 

Does anyone know what I can do to troubleshoot this issue?

So, you've just
started new actions for both fixlets but you hadn't stopped the old/existing open actions, correct ?
If so, that is the sole reason of this issue...

to go further,
go to All Content - Actions.
Look for all open actions for Initiate Software Scan and Upload Software Scan Results and stop them.
