We recently installed a new Cognos 12.0.4 environment.
When a user logs into the site for the first time using SSO, the user is able to sign in without issue. However, when they attempt to sign on a second time, they receive the following error: aaa-aut-0011 invalid namespace was selected.
The user restarts browser and clears their cache, but the error does not go away.
When using the dispatcher URI, the user is able to type in their credentials and sign in without issues. This does appear to be only a SSO issue.
When the Cognos environment is restarted from Cognos Configuration, the first sign on attempt is successful again, but any subsequent attempts fail. The failures persist on different browser and different servers.
We have tested the namespace and it test successfully. The 11.2.4 Cognos environment they have configured on another server does not have this issue.
Has anyone else encountered this issue before?
