Hi All,
I have created an automatic playbook to run for a particular type of incident and when an Incident filed value is changed. Object type of the playbook is Artifact. PFB the trigger condition:
However, this playbook is not triggering.
The purpose is to run the playbook for All Artifacts when the "Email Approval" field is changed. I would like to know if we are making wrong activation condition.
Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
