Archive data in webMethods API gateway

Dear All,

I have submitted a job for Archiving the data in API Gateway and the JOB ID is created successfully.

But however, upon completion of the job it is still showing as "IN PROGRESS" in API Gateway page. But when I checked in server logs, it is showing as completed.

Any idea on when and how the status get reflected in API Gateway Page?
