Thank you for reaching out with your question. I understand your interest in having metrics and reports for usage information in Apptio BI, specifically related to the number of active users, reports/dashboards created, and the usage of tables/data sources/fields in visualizations and dashboards.
Currently, we don't offer this specific functionality within Apptio BI. However, we do recognize the importance of providing admins with insights into how content is being used within their organizations. This allows them to effectively manage and maintain Apptio BI by identifying obsolete, duplicated, or unpopular reports.
While we don't have any plans to implement these features this year, we are actively considering adding more metadata to reports in the future. This could include information such as the last accessed date, number of views, number of subscribers, and potentially the number of active users, etc. We will be assessing the demand for these specific data points from our wider customer base.
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate you bringing this up. We will certainly keep you updated on any developments in this area.
