APIs to update jobs/jobstreams with .tws file?

Hello all,

My team is currently interested in expanding our use of the v2 APIs, and we would love to deploy jobs and jobstreams from our existing TWS files. Does anyone know if this is possible? I am not seeing any options in the documentation to use a file to deploy every job quickly.
