 API Control Plane - Images

Hi,

The following documentation for API Control Plane version 11.1 indicates where to get the images needed for API Control Plane, at the moment i'm opening this thread version 11.1.5.

However for all of them the message received when pulling them is "manifest unknown", for example when pulling

docker pull cp.icr.io/cp/ibm-webmethods-api-control-plane-ingress:11.1.5

Where do we obtain them from if these images don't exist at this location?

Hi Andre, 

Have you tried pulling latest image as you might know that 'manifest unknown' generally means requested image or tag is not correct/not available. So, if you don't see the required image version at product repo then it is not released yet. What's the urgent need of 11.1.5 image, may be if you can provide valid justification to product support team by raising a ticket to them, they may provide you appropriate answer. 

Until IBM pushes the latest image versions, I think you won't get it anywhere apart from official product repo.

Those images are not public. API Control Plane images are hosted in IBM Container Registry (cp.icr.io) and require a valid IBM entitlement.

You must:

  • Log in with your entitlement key (docker login cp.icr.io)

  • Ensure your license includes webMethods / API Control Plane

  • Verify the exact image tag (not all components are published for every fix)

If manifest unknown persists, IBM Support needs to confirm the available images for 11.1.5.
