I'm positive everyone is working hard to get a resolution, much appreciated, but can we please have an update on the current situation and ETA for a conclusion on this incident in Amsterdam?
As others have mentioned, companies are in the middle of Year End and finalising their start of year Budget cycle. To have this delay is inconvenient to say the least.
How can there be no back up protocol in place to cover this type of lengthy downtime?

Latest update that I have is that services may be back by COB 16th May. Hopefully they can improve on that.
