Hello,

I have tried to get some support regarding Amos 29 plugins. For some reason I get the plugin for SRMR with this label in the dropdown button "?StandardizeRMR.dll" and when click on it I get an error message "The file StandardizeRMR.dll contains syntax errors." Could you please help me to solve this issue.

Hi @Jorge Rojas

The Standardized RMR is a plugin that is installed by default with IBM SPSS Amos 29.0.  Is it possible that something went wrong with your installation?  Or that something was wrong with the installation media you used to install the product?

The install media is downloadable from your Passport Advantage site.  Here is the name of the eAssembly and part number:

IBM SPSS Amos Client 29.0 Microsoft Windows Multilingual M08DYML

Make sure that when you install, you are doing so while logged in as a local Administrator.  Right-click the installer executable and choose "Run as Administrator".
Ordinarily there will be an installation log written to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\Amos21Setup.log.  You might check for such a log and see if there was an issue with the installation itself.

Alternatively, you might log a Support case through the IBM Support Portal (https://ibm.com/mysupport)
