We have been using AgileApps/ECAP for almost 10 years and have 80+ applications. Most of these applications use Tasks.
It has always been that a user on the same team or parent team, and users with Admin global permissions, could close Tasks not owned by them. Recently we've experienced that a user must be the owner to complete the Task. We have tried a lot of things... proxy logins, giving users global permissions, moving users to parent teams, checking roles, made sure custom access criteria wasn't turned, business rules, scripts, etc. but have not found a reason for this.
Why is it that only users who own the Task can complete Tasks when it hasn't been like that before? Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated as well.
