@Prakhkhar Gupta  I don't have any experience with integrating the ATP and CT but you should certainly be able to do so.  You would need to extract ATP data to Excel or text files (e.g. tab or comma separated) and import this to CT.   You can load files manually to CT or you can automate ingestion of those files into CT via Datalink. How the cost would flow in CT would depend on your use cases, but yes, it would likely involve labor cost but potentially also other costs like vendor or fixed assets.  I would start by defining the use case and expressing the questions you want to answer. This will identify the objects that you need to include in your model and the allocations that you need to incorporate.​

What @Rene Norskov definitely makes sense: I'd try with manually loaded files first, and then move on and automate the loads.
In CT, you may not need an intermediate object. You may implement it by tagging that data appropriately, e.g. by having a column with the data source, or "agile" or whatever, according to your use case.​ Your allocation rules in CT would identify that specific data and route it through the model accordingly.​​​

Thank you so much @Rene Norskov and @Guillermo Cuadrado for the inputs. You suggestions make perfect sense. I am yet to have a deeper conversation on it with the customer to define a use case but wanted to understand if a datalink connector or a similar workaround exists to automate the data load into CT from ATP or JIRA before I make any suggestions to them.​​

Is there any possibility to use Agile Insights for this purpose? I've seen last upgrade of this functionality took place in 2020 and wondering current status of this functionality so far. Any comment on this will be very much appreciated.
