 Aged Snapshots

Has anyone been able to create a report that collects aged snapshots and groups them by their point in time/lifecycle?

Thought it may have been available under Reports -> Dimension 'Utilization Data' but not able to collect the right combination of dimensions or maybe it does not exist. Trying to provide a report that shows  Group A has all of these old snapshots and then look ahead to create a policy for future retention.

@Kevin King, from what I'm hearing internally, "there’s no days alive functionality unfortunately. So you can get a list of snapshots and cost but not how long they’ve been alive. The ABI AWS | services shows this at the bottom of the EBS and RDS reports."  Trying to see if this functionality has been requested and if it's on a future roadmap.  Would definitely post this in the Idea area to make sure!

We pull a report with Date Created but it's all done outside of the UI

Hi Jenny -  No not an audit log. Looking to build a custom report in CLDY that displays the snapshot name and how long the snapshot has been around. Do you know if reporting can provide this data?

Must have been "multi-tasking" - didn't even see this was related to CLDY #facepalm... Saw snapshot and automatically thought of a branch... Will check around, though, to see what I can find on the CLDY end ;-)

Kevin King, additional info came through - they said it's not on the roadmap at the moment but looks like it will be considered as an enhancement as part of inventory reporting - no ETA, though.@Kevin King
