COVID-19 continues to disrupt our lives, our customers and our businesses. And quite often the responsibility of addressing the business challenges presented by this pandemic fall upon the IT team. They’re the ones to keep the business moving forward, managing critical business systems, maintaining servers and systems, and ensuring the security and accessibility of critical business data within a newly distributed organization.
All too often, though, IT is dealing with the fallout of the pandemic - dealing with budget cuts, staff reductions, and greater security concerns as more workers go remote.
