    Hi.

What RHOCP version and on what POWER model your client is trying to install?

I tried to install OCP 4.13 on Power8 server and it failed with similar crash as yours.

Get respond from support that OCP 4.13 supports Power9 and higher version.

    HI @DUY NGUYEN SI,

I think the client is installing higher version of RHCOS on Lower-level Hardware. The exception-handler=fff00700 is generally seen in this scenario.
    Reference Link: https://access.redhat.com/articles/6907891
If the customer is using p8 Machine He can install RHCOS-4.12 or else the customer intends to use RHCOS >=4.13 the processor should be p9 or p10
