Several bug/issues fixes pertaining to security:
- A path traversal vulnerability was found in Helm when it saved a chart including download time.
- A vulnerability was found in Helm. This flaw may lead to a panic when Helm parses index and plugin YAML files missing expected content, leading to a denial of service.
- A flaw was found in Golang's protobuf module, where the unmarshal function can enter an infinite loop when processing certain invalid inputs.
TLS termination policy for ArgoCD server route changed to reencrypt in version 1.12.3 blocking ArgoCD login.

- Red Hat OpenShift distributed tracing platform (Tempo) 3.2 is based on the open source Grafana Tempo 2.4.1.

Deprecated:
- Red Hat OpenShift distributed tracing platform (Jaeger) 3.2 is supported for use with the OpenShift Elasticsearch Operator 5.6, 5.7, and 5.8. In the Red Hat OpenShift distributed tracing platform 3.2, Jaeger and support for Elasticsearch remain deprecated, and both are planned to be removed in a future release.
- Use of empty values and null keywords in the OpenTelemetry Collector custom resource is deprecated in OpenTelemetry 3.2.
Bug fixes:
- Before this update, the Jaeger UI only displayed services that sent traces in the previous 15 minutes. With this update, the availability of the service and operation names can be configured.
- Tempo OOM with query-frontend.
- Added checkbox for the Red Hat build of OpenTelemetry Operator in the web console so that Operator monitoring can be enabled during installation.

With this update, Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines General Availability (GA) 1.15.0 is available on OpenShift Container Platform 4.14 and later versions.
New Features:
- Tasks are added in the resolver Tasks add-on.
- Manual Approval Gate functionality.
Fixed issues:
- The task run or pipeline run logs a warning if service account does not exist.
- The error message contains the correct path if you define a parameter of a task twice.
- Detects and reports the error if you specify a negative number of retries in task run.
- The annotations reflect the status of the pipeline run when it is complete.
- With this update, the logged error message include the syntax errors in Yaml file.
- The execution correctly ends if a pipeline run timed out and TaskRun was deleted.
- With this update, the settings of TektonConfig are preserved during updates.
- Pipeline details page of the web console is displayed correctly.
- The list of task runs in the web console includes the status for each task run.
- OpenShift Pipelines plugin pod moves to the correct node.
- The tkn pr logs -f command properly displays the log information and exits.
