    The particular page you mention won't be updated for POWER9.  In fact, when you go to "Latest release levels" under POWER8, it says to go to FLRT and / or Fix Central.

     

    Regarding V9 HMC, sites such as http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/set2/sas/f/hmcl/home.html and http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/set2/sas/f/power5cm/supportedcodeHMCHW.html are updated.
