From the filename, I'm assuming it's an RPM, and that it's giving you RPM dependencies.
Before going into more time consuming options, check if they have a shell script to download the needed RPMs.
If they don't, I suggest you install YUM/DNF. Even if you don't have internet access from the machines, you can setup an RPM repository on the NIM server and configure all the LPARs with YUM pointing there. It's a bit of effort but it pays off, especially the second time you have to install/update an RPM.
