OpenSSH 9.8 has been available since July and 9.9 has been out since mid-September, but the latest version of AIX OpenSSH appears to be 9.7.  Nessus vulnerability scanning is complaining that servers are overdue to be upgraded to OpenSSH 9.8 or later to fix the CVEs addressed by OpenSSH 9.8.   When can we expect an updated AIX OpenSSH image?

Yes you are right. Deployment of new versions of openssh for AIX in relation with versions from openssh.org is quite slow and when using security tools our AIX Lpars always appears as security warnings.
