    Hi Team, I am looking for the steps to install mariadb in AIX 7.2. Please note that customer can not connect the server to install it through yum

    Hi Sivakumar,

    There are multiple ways to instal dnf without connecting to AIX Toolbox server. 

    You can create local dnf/yum repo. This is how any other Linux distro will also work. 

    There are multiple blogs and video posted by team, please go thru them and setup local dnf either using AIX toolbox media image or using a RPM based system that has outbound access.
