I really want to thanks to all GURU’s!!

Today also I would need your suggestion on below
Question: I am working as AIX admin (do tasks on PWERHA,VIO,HMC)and good in my job however still I find some gap in my knowledge which makes me feel really bad  . I have time and I always try to read something but now I want to do it from basics again.
Please suggest me the list of must read books for AIX admin which if I read completely should make me a Architect in this field?
    Thanks in Advanced!!

    • go and find the AIX Virtual User Group and PowerVM User Group UK for 100's of web sessions of lots of advances topics.

But this is the hands-on practical level.

This does not make an Architect who is working at a higher level of planning future use, system sizing, system design, user requirements, configuration and prices. Just like houses - an Architect that has actually built a house has far greater insight.

    Good luck, Nigel Griffiths
