Hello,

After the AIX7.3 update from TL1 to TL2-SP1, the DNF update no longer works.
lslpp -l :
   rpm.rte 4.18.1.2001 COMMITTED RPM Package Manager

the new TAR. File (dnf_bundle_aix_73.tar) shows the following error during installation:
error: Failed dependencies:
         libpython3.7m.so is needed by (installed) python3-librepo-1.11.0-101.ppc
         librepo = 1.11.0-64_2 is needed by python3.9-librepo-1.11.0-64_2.ppc

in the DNF_BUNDLE is python3-3.9, installed is python3-3.7.15-2.ppc

DNF was reinstalled on another server using the bundle. Error is here:
# dnf update

(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
