    But with this new card, I don't see this parameter when I use smitty or it never change when I use chdev.

    I appears that can only work on Autonegotiation.

    Does any one knows if this is a normal behavior for this card.

    This is important not to force duplex or speed on any side, since autonegociation protocol handles it very well.
