When using "View Console Events" there are four columns: Date, Time, Console Event, and a fourth blank column. The slide bar is after this fourth column. When you first go into View Column Events you do not know this. And it comes up in window and not full screen. I could not figure out how to scroll down until I resized the window to the right, past this fourth blank column, until I finally saw the internal scroll bar.
