Power

Because I will buy new P10 and I want to use it host both web server LPAR and Application LPAR. Our security concern, about their perspective they concern about resources control, monitoring  so I told them about PowerVM capabilities to do resources control, PowerSC but one thing that I have no idea regarding about observability. I think I can apply Trusted firewall to enforce network traffic from web server go through external firewall or I can use IP table to filtering packages but our security still want to see what happened inside LPAR, means observability because they do not prefer network traffic from web server to application server via SEA port and they do not trust AIX or platform admin because they will do create SEA port at any time. I heard that IBM stopped develop Trusted surveyors. I think Trusted Surveyors can do network observability and admin or security can easily understand what happen inside AIX so are there any solution can replace or works similar Trusted surveyors on AIX? If I can not make something properly in term of resources control security controls, observability then I must have separate P10 or x86 server for web server then I can not consolidate all in the same server. Are there any recommendations
