How to specify domain name in SMBC?

  • 1.  How to specify domain name in SMBC?

    Hello, we have had good success mounting Windows shares on AIX using shares in our
    local Windows domain. We have been asked to mount a share from an away domain that
    has a trust with our home domain using an ID from our home domain. How do we specify
    the domain name and username in our SMB credentials and mount commands?  For a mapping within Windows the credentials are specified using away\username.
