    It is not good idea to report it as an issue. IBM i does not use the RMC for DLPAR operations. People might be confused that something is wrong

    I recall you can run a HMC command to prove or otherwise check if RMC is working.

    Reporting "its broken" is going to generate annoyed customers without a hint what to do.
