AIX Open Source Support Tips - rpm_share hangs due to DNS

AIX rpm_share hangs have been reported many times over the years.

Sometimes it is due to corruption, especially with older rpm.rte versions.

Similar hangs occur, even with newer rpm.rte, and this can be due to issues in hostname resolution.
