Oracle recently updated its Support Statement for Oracle Database running on IBM Systems to highlight that Oracle Database 23c will be released on AIX in 2024! In addition, this joint IBM and Oracle message also emphasized overall support for IBM platforms and the 80,000 customers we mutually support. Existing Oracle Database on Power customers are encouraged to move to 19c in anticipation of beginning the development and test cycles for 23c when it is released this year.
