What’s new in PowerSC 2.2:

In the 2.2 release, we have added many exciting enhancement to IBM PowerSC:

The CIS compliance profile has been added for IBM i 7.4 to provide enhanced security with additional hardening of the system.
The CIS compliance profile for RHEL 8 has been updated with hundreds of changes to the rules which will provide enhanced security with additional hardening of the system.

Improvements in the configuration management of profiles show custom profile versions on each endpoint, with an option to automatically push updates or deletions.
Performance enhancements for reports and events will improve CPU utilization and page loading times dramatically for large volumes.
The discrete mode option improves the PowerSC GUI experience by giving users more choices in how to display or hide unmanaged endpoints.
TNC Patch Management enhancements will download the latest service pack and all security patches related to that service pack, which improves the automated handling of security updates for AIX users.
PowerSC UI enhancements have been made to handle version differences between the PowerSC server and endpoint agents.

PASE support will allow IBM i 7.3 and above users to run PMFA without needing to leave the IBM i space.
MFA enhancements for user factor reset will improve time based one-time password (TOTP) reset behavior by streamlining the user experience with provisioning and re-provisioning.
