LPM - Networking Best Practices

As members of IBM’s AIX/VIOS support team, we encounter common LPM (Live Partition Mobility) networking questions or observe different network setups used for LPM. It is very important to use the right network setup to achieve optimum network performance during LPM.
To help ourselves and our customers, we have created networking best practices documenting some common network setups and the recommended network setup for LPM.
