Does GS (in 7.6.8) allow for factoring in non-default crafts into the resource availability for a shift?
From the screenshot below, there are 20 hours in red for craft CIVIL; however all labor resources at this organization with craft ELECTRIC and MECHANIC could do CIVIL work as well, and CIVIL has been marked as their non-default craft. However, GS doesn't seem to take note of that?
