    Hi All,

    I am facing an issue in Maximo Anywhere application where I am trying to upload the file attachment from IPAD using IBM Maximo Anywhere 7.6.4.0 application (Work Execution application) and file is getting attached but I am not able to see the attachment details in Maximo application (Work order tracking application).

    Any suggestions why the attachment I am not able to see in work order tracking application in attachment sections from Maximo.

    Note: I have created a work order and attached the file in the attachment section and I can able to see the attachment in Maximo anywhere application but if I upload the file from Maximo anywhere I am not able to see in Maximo application.

    First place to look is your web app urls.  If you look at this support doc you will see a possible solution here: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/cannot-upload-attachment-anywhere-application-maximo-desktop

    Once you have looked at that if you still have issues try googling these key words to find several issues which have solutions listed. " maximo anywhere attachment upload not working". Good luck with these possibilities.

    Thanks Bradley for your response. I have verified the solution and validated in Maximo application but no luck.
    I came to know that this is a known issue so raised a case with IBM team and waiting for the response.

    In parallel I will try the suggestions which you provided as well.
