Whenever raw materials proceed through the journey from source to endpoint, you can capture the changes in the Food Trust ledger. Changes from the supply chain systems like the purchase orders, despatch advice, receive advice, EPCIS events, master data items, and certificates can be created in the Food Trust ledger.
In order to connect to the IBM Food Trust ledger, you need to have the URL of the IBM Food Trust organization, the API key, and the Organization ID.
Design your flow to integrate your supply chain systems to capture the events into the Food Trust ledger.
