 webMethods Cloud unable to start API Gateway and Developer Portal

Good day,

I have a webMethods.io environment, env638629.

I am having issues with starting up my API Gateway instance and creating an API Portal Free forever edition.

When I start the API Gateway it goes to the start up screen where a click the Start API Gateway button and get the message I have to wait for 30 min.  I have tried it several times, waiting more than 30 minutes between attempts and it still does not start up.

I also want to sign up for the webMethods Developer Portal. I go click on the Start Free Forever button, accept the terms and conditions.  After that I get the message the the environment is being setup but after more than an our nothing has been created yet.

Can someone please assist me?

Hi ,

Thank you for the reply.  

I just don't have any idea where to log a support ticket for the free forever edition?

We used to be able to get support on the SAG Techcommunity but that's not available anymore. and the only link available for support from the environment is for the IBM TechXchange.

hi Cobus,

Oh.. in case of free for ever you dont have the option to create the support incident.

Can you try to re-instantiate the instance?

And if the above doesnt work then i would recommend to create a new free forever trial instance.
