    Good day everyone,

    Does anyone what causes the error "Your session has timed out. Log in again to continue"? The account just logged in and was greeted with that right after. I tied to sign in my account in a working machine, log off and sign in with the problematic account and the message show. There is no problem for all others just this single account. Thanks!

    Please attempt to login again in a private or incognito window.

    Please let us know which web application you are using and if you are using SAML authorization.

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you for spending time for this. Yes it happens in private browsing mode too. I am using Faspex and its Ldap authentication.
