serviceNow to Jira automation

    Hi All,
    I’m new to webMethods.IO so please help me with your understanding.
    I wanted to implement a solution where whenever a new ticket with assignee is created in serviceNow I want to automate like that a new JIRA ticket with all the required information should be created.
    I have seen some connectors but confused with the actions required for this POC.
    can anyone help me this with proper steps.

    If the actions are not displayed in dropdown for any connector, you can go ahead and create custom operation by clicking on + icon, which will allow you to create necessary actions which are required to fulfill your POC.
