Sorry for giving an answer that "it depends", but this will be related to what the applications are doing, how many messages per second you would like them be able to process, and potentially how fast you require the containers to start. "Typically" an integration server container might be given 300m (0.3 cores) and 0.35GB memory... if your BAR files contain compiled code and if you use an optimized server (which has particular resource managers within the server switched off) then a server might only require as little as 0.1 cores. To help get a feel for the likely CPU consumption of your flows, you might also want to check out this performance report:
