DataPower is driven by the customers that use it. It isn't clear how you are using DataPower, traditionally with a MPGW, WSP, XML firewall on its own or with API Connect. API Connect obviously has developer portal and the test tool to perform a lot of building API's and requests. In DataPower you are expected to be more hands on independently with your own methodology of handling the development,testing and deployment than API Connect.
Every customer is going to have their own APIs which won't match so it usually does not make sense to post their own API's and sample messages as they are specific to the company/business and sometimes proprietary/confidential.
