When I start the MQ (v9.3.0) queue manager, a license agreement is displayed, but the dspmqver command When I start it, the following message appears saying I have not accepted the license. Please advise how to resolve this cause.

    Hello,

Kindly refer to the Info Center link for accepting license post install,

    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibm-mq/9.3?topic=reference-mqlicense-accept-license-post-installation

Once done, dspmqver should show the license type

Can you please post the error message?

Must be the same user as you installed. the "root" user probably is the solution.

    Hi,

Navigate to the IBM MQ installation directory's bin directory. For example, if you're using Linux, the default location is /opt/mqm. Run./mqlicense -accept.

Execute the MQ license script (execution user root)
    Result: Already agreed is displayed.
    Run dspmqver
    Result: not accepted status

    The situation remains unchanged
