  • 1.  IS LDAP credentials are not working

    Hi experts,

    We have around 10 webMethods servers, specifically for 3 servers LDAP credentials are not working.
    We are not using the Central User Management, we are using the LDAP Directory List.
    I have verified all the LDAP related info like LDAP.cnf, extended setting. Everything is similar to the working servers.
    Not sure what causing the issue. Can someone please assist.

    I have updated the LDAP.cnf according to the working server. But after restarting the server, the config ldap.cnf changes back to it original state.

    Resolution : ACL files are corrupted i.e.
    acllist.cnf
    aclread.cnf
    aclwrite.cnf
    acls.cnf. Recovered that files and restarted the server. LDAP credentials are working.
