    Hi @Ian Larner ,

    we have started the training with a trial licence and unfortunately as soon as the instance has been created, launching it results in an Error: 

    error when launching the instanceCould this be related to the fact that the instance was created on the "eu" region?
    If that's the case, how can we delete the instance and re-create it on region "us"?

    Hi Péter,
    I don't think that the issue was related to the fact that the instance was created on the "eu" region.  I am using an instance in the eu-west-2 region, without any problems.

    Can you launch your instance now?  (There might have been a temporary problem that impacted IBM App Connect Enterprise instances).

    Did you try launching your instance from the email or from your IBM SaaS console, which you can access from your Subscriptions page?

    thanks for checking! 
    I have tried launching it both from the console and from the email - result in the same error.
     Instance ID is 20230428-1949-5420-164d-4728633499f5. My region is eu-central-1.

    Hi Péter,

    I have checked on your trial instance and it looks to be active. I believe that your instance "short-id" is buniyr5bx based on the ID you provided previously, so you would be accessing your trial instance via: https://buniyr5bx-designer.p-fra-c1.appconnect.automation.ibm.com/. The only error I can see around this time is an attempt for invalid user login... looking at your subscription there are two Emails listed, could you confirm the IBM Id that you are using to attempt to sign into your App Connect Trial?
