@Ian LarnerTo delete history:
1. From chrome selected:
History > Clear browsing data > Cookies and other site data
2. Also logged out of all salesforce accounts on Chrome
Further, this is a snapshot from my account, where can we find an option to delete a connection (e.g Salesforce in this case) that was previously added.

Thanks @Ian Larner, the issue was with browser cookies. We signed out of salesforce developer account and deleted cookies etc and then tried to connect from app connect and it was successful! :)
Also, not seeing the option to remove the connection as you pointed out that it should be in the gallery, attaching a screenshot of the app connect flow

Hi Muhammad
Strange. I've just successfully connected eu-gb and us-south App Connect services to several different Salesforce developer accounts, without any problem. I suspect that there is some issue within your Salesforce account, but do not what that might be.
Could you get a different Salesforce developer account to try? That should clarify if there is an issue with your current Salesforce account.
You can delete ("Remove") connection accounts from the App Connect gallery. In the drop down list, select the account that you want to remove, and then from the options menu (⋮), select "Remove Account".

Thanks Ian for your reply. I tried both options but again same behavior. It goes to oAuth page, I press Allow and when it returns to app connect it says:
"We can't connect to Salesforce with the account details that you provided.
Check that you've entered the correct connection details for your Salesforce account. Check if more detail is available for this error in the errorDetail field of the log."
Secondly, how I can delete all these connections that are getting created (In drop down it has now 8 connections which I have been trying)

The Connect action is working fine today; I was able to connect App Connect (eu-gb) to a new Salesforce developer account.
I wonder if you are adding your account's URL to the "Custom URL:" field(?) You should not need to do this; leave the field empty and just click the Connect button then follow the prompts to log in to your Salesforce account, and so on.
For more information about this, see https://developer.ibm.com/integration/docs/app-connect/how-to-guides-for-apps/use-ibm-app-connect-salesforce/

Ian

I made an event flow, placed Salesforce Case node to get an event in case a new Case is created. I gave my developer account's url and redirects me to oauth allow, deny page. After even allowing access to the app, it just redirects to the following link and fails:
https://0rqzpbfz-bluemix.appconnect.ibmcloud.com/oauth2firefly/deny
I tried both test.salesforce.com and with a domain: hb151214-dev-ed.lightning.force.com
