ACE - Monitoring and Record/Replay properties

    Hi,

Is it possible to have only one queue manager defined for monitoring for 3 different integration nodes (3 integration nodes from 3 different servers). Or is there any restriction that for monitoring, record and replay, each integration node has to be associated with its own Remote Queue Managers (3 Remote queue managers for 3 integration servers each)?

    Hi Santhosh,

I sent your question to our team - this is what they had to say:

Yes, integration node's can share a default queue manager. But the default queue manager has to be a local queue manager.

You can setup monitoring to publish to a remote queue manager for servers under a node if you configure an MQEndpoint policy for the publication of the monitoring messages in the Events section of the conf.yaml files.
Let me know if this answers your question!

    Hi Gabriel,

Thanks for the response. I will try to rephrase my question here:

    1. I have 3 different servers (server1-IN1, server2-IN2, server3-IN3). Each have one ACE Integration Node running.
    2. I have 1 separate server (server4-QM4) with a Queue Manager running

With the above setup, can you please share your inputs for the query:

    1. Is it possible for the 3 Integration Nodes to use QM4 as Remote Queue Manager and enable Monitoring, Record/Replay?

All the servers use RHEL as OS.
