I see now. There are many possible reasons why your service is not in the UP status. Try looking at the object status page and see if there is more information there. From the control panel, click View Status. From here click Object Status. Your APIC Gateway service should give you some more details as to why it is not up. You can also click the 'logs' icon and the logs may tell what is wrong. If you can't figure it out on your own, please open a support case and our support folks will assist you.
