Expanding on our ongoing series, "Making life easy with IBM Aspera on Cloud," we're addressing additional topics and their solutions.

In this series, we will take a selection of the most commonly asked customer questions and explain how to resolve them with some simple guidance.

MFA (multifactor authentication) is not getting enforced.

The user selected the Require multifactor authentication checkbox within Admin > Authentication > OAuth, but despite this action, it appears that multifactor authentication is not being enforced.
The user attempted to resolve the issue by logging out, clearing the cache, using an incognito window, yet the login process never prompts for multifactor authentication.

Ensure the above checkbox is checked.

Go to: https://www.ibm.com/ibmweb/myibm/us-en/profile

In your IBMid profile > ID and Password > security > you can enable/disable your two-step verification options using the toggle button.
