Hi Matthew,
Yes, that event which I want to publish on Netcool is being generated on Instana and could able to see in Instana UI.
Actually I had confirmed with real alert which is generated through the Instana, sent through one utility to netcool from the Instana machine itself. and same real alert JSON had taken as example JSON to configure webhook at Netcool side. Alert had successfully published on Alert Viewer when I sent this alert through utility.
You can refer

Hello,
After you have setup the alert channel inside of the Instana UI, are you seeing an event inside the UI that should have fired to Netcool? If not, then you would want to pick an event that will fire with a high frequency to test. If the event shows up, but does not flow into Netcool, then I would check the permissions of the user that created the alert channel. Also why are you assuming that the configuration is correct? How did you validate?

I could able to send test message from the Instana machine (through curl comment) to Netcool Operation Insight Manager.
But alerts are not been sending through Instana Alert manager.
Configuration is correct. Where can I see such logs and how to troubleshoot this issue ?
