Hello,

Has anyone used the Probable Root Cause functionality? I have tried but I haven't been able to see the screens shown in the documentation. Could someone help me?

Hi Hector - that's great that you're trying to leverage this feature!   We have various teams that are using this feature daily, and saving a lot of time in the diagnosis phase.

Are you using Instana SaaS, or using self-hosted?    The other question is if you have setup Smart Alerts for your Applications, with the "create incident" toggle enabled.

Actually We are using Instana SaaS y We have setuo Smart alerts, wich generate emails an create a incident on Instana Events Dashboard, but we can´t see the Probable Root Cause as Image:
