limit for IIS App pools

does anyone knows it there is a limit of amount of App Pools, Instana agent can handle on one IIS server. we have try to run 70 + AppPools with .NET framework on a windows 2019 with IIS 10 but Instana won't show any tracing data only infrastructure ...
